Terms of Service

Good Side (the "Service") is provided by the operator of Good Side. When you use Good Side, your agreement is with the operator of Good Side. Contact: contact@goodside.site.

By creating an account or taking a quiz you agree to these terms, and by continuing to use the Service you accept any updated version. If you use Good Side for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

Good Side lets photographers send a short quiz to their clients and receive a session plan. Results describe how a person may feel in front of a camera. They are for entertainment and creative planning only. They are not a psychological, medical or professional assessment of any kind.

Session plans may be partly written by an AI model. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: review it with your own judgment before a session, and don't treat it as professional advice.

You must be at least 18 to create a photographer account. Keep access to your email secure: it is how you sign in.

You are responsible for the information you enter about your clients and for having a lawful reason to send them the quiz.

People who take a quiz must be at least 13. If you photograph minors (for example senior portraits), only send the quiz to clients aged 13 or older, and to the parent or guardian where your local rules require it.

When a client takes your quiz, you decide what happens with their information. You agree to use it only to prepare and deliver your photography services and to respond to their requests.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It processes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies, issues your receipts and handles refunds, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.

Pro is a subscription billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account, in one click. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid. We will tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Don't use Good Side for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to send spam, harass anyone, collect data you aren't entitled to, or upload content you don't have rights to. Don't upload malware or try to probe, break, scrape or overload the Service.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You keep the rights to what you upload, like your logo and notes. You give us permission to host and display it to run the Service.

Quiz questions, archetypes, texts, designs and software are ours. Clients may freely share their own result pages and cards.

We work hard to keep Good Side available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will email account holders in advance. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
