Billing questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You get 14 days of Pro, then you're on the free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
- How do I pay?
- With any debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our reseller Paddle, which also handles sales tax and receipts.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, in one click from your billing page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens to my clients if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every client, result and plan. You can add up to the free monthly limit.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. Email contact@goodside.site within 14 days of any payment, first or renewal, and we'll refund it in full.
